Khirbet al-Deir: Israeli colonists today destroyed solar panels and water pumps belonging to a Palestinian resident in Khirbet al-Deir, a Palestinian hamlet in the northern Jordan Valley region, northeast of the occupied West Bank.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Aref Daraghmeh, a local human rights activist, reported that the colonists targeted equipment owned by Abdul Hakim Daraghmeh. The destruction caused significant damage to solar energy systems and water pumping devices, which are essential for irrigation and daily use by the local community.
The area has been experiencing an ongoing campaign of destruction for several months. Israeli colonists and occupation forces have repeatedly targeted solar panels, water pumps, and irrigation networks. These systems play a crucial role in irrigating hundreds of dunams of cultivated land and sustaining local Palestinian communities, making their destruction a severe setback for the residents of Khirbet al-Deir.
