Bethlehem: Israeli colonists destroyed an irrigation network in the Khala'il al-Luz area, southeast of Bethlehem. Citizen Asaad Muhammad Suwaiss reported that the incident occurred on Monday when dozens of colonists infiltrated his land, which he shares with his brothers Awad and Yusuf, by cutting the surrounding barbed wire.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the colonists vandalized the water network used for crop irrigation, emptied a drinking-water well with a capacity of about 250 cubic meters, drained a water collection reservoir, and stole water valves connected to the system.
Suwaiss indicated that attacks from colonists on his family have been increasingly frequent, including incidents of physical assault resulting in a broken finger, destruction of crops, theft of pigeons and chickens, and unauthorized entry into the family's irrigation reservoir.
