Israeli Colonists and Forces Document Palestinian Lands Near Bethlehem

Bethlehem: Israeli colonists, under the protection of Israeli forces, initiated a documentation activity on Wednesday by photographing Palestinian lands in the village of Kisan, located east of Bethlehem.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local sources reported that dozens of colonists, accompanied by Israeli soldiers, entered the Dhahrat al-Khatib area, east of the village. The forces were deployed in significant numbers as the colonists began taking photographs of the land, though the purpose behind the documentation remains unclear.

The village of Kisan has been experiencing repeated incidents involving Israeli soldiers and colonists. These include home raids, the destruction of livestock on residents' lands, the seizure of extensive areas, and bulldozing activities. These actions are perceived as part of an ongoing strategy for colonial expansion in the region.
