Israeli Authorities Announce Plans to Uproot Olive Trees in Ni’lin

Ni'lin: Israeli occupation authorities on Saturday notified residents of plans to uproot a number of their olive trees in the town of Ni'lin, west of Ramallah.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Ni'lin municipality stated in a press release that Israeli forces delivered notices ordering the removal of trees in the town. The targeted area covers more than 100 dunums in the southern part of the area, which is adjacent to the Israeli segregation barrier.

The municipality highlighted that this action is part of ongoing violations targeting agricultural lands in the town.
