Israeli Airstrikes in Gaza Result in 13 Civilian Deaths, Including Children

Gaza: Thirteen civilians, including two children, were killed and dozens were injured after Israeli occupation aircraft struck schools and tents sheltering displaced persons in the Gaza Strip.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli warplanes targeted a group of civilians near the Shuhada Roundabout in Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, resulting in six deaths and dozens of injuries. Airstrikes also hit the area surrounding a school in Jabalia Al-Nazla in northern Gaza, where three people were killed and several others, including children, were injured.

Additionally, three people, among them two children, died when an Israeli drone hit a tent housing displaced persons in Khan Yunis refugee camp in southern Gaza. A WAFA correspondent confirmed the death of a woman and injuries to others following an airstrike on a residential apartment near the Palmyra junction in Gaza City.

Meanwhile, a medical source at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported the death of a three-month-old infant in Deir al-Balah due to starvation and the ongoing Israeli siege, which has caused a shortage of infant formula. Medical sources have confirmed that the total number of fatalities from the continuous Israeli airstrikes on Gaza since dawn has risen to 74, including 13 aid seekers.
