Beirut: Israeli occupation forces have continued their bombardment targeting multiple areas in Lebanon on Monday, resulting in casualties and significant destruction to buildings and infrastructure. An airstrike on the town of Shahabiya killed one civilian and moderately wounded four others, causing massive damage to a residential neighborhood.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli warplanes destroyed the Qaqaiya Bridge on the Litani River a day after targeting the Qasmiya Bridge, which connects the cities of Sidon and Tyre. In addition to the airstrikes, artillery shelling also struck several towns in southern Lebanon, adding to the extensive damage in the region.
