Gaza: The Government Communication Center announced a cabinet reshuffle involving the Ministries of Finance and Transport. Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa assigned Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Estephan Salameh, to oversee the Ministry of Finance in addition to his current duties, following the resignation of the Minister of Finance. Meanwhile, Mohammad Al-Ahmad will be sworn in before President Mahmoud Abbas as Minister of Transport.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the reshuffle aims to ensure continuity in the government's financial and transport sectors. Estephan Salameh, who will now handle dual responsibilities, is expected to bring his experience in planning and cooperation to the Ministry of Finance. Mohammad Al-Ahmad's appointment as Minister of Transport will be formalized in a ceremony before the President, signaling a new direction for the transport sector.
