Germany Urges Negotiations and Ceasefire to Preserve Two-State Solution

Gaza: Germany has emphasized the importance of starting the two-state solution process through negotiations, warning any Israel move to annex occupied territories would threaten a peaceful resolution to the conflict.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul affirmed that the only way out of the current situation is an immediate ceasefire, the release of all prisoners, and allowing humanitarian aid to reach the people of Gaza.

Wadephul is set to participate later today in a conference organized by Saudi Arabia and France on promoting the two-state solution, ahead of the UN General Assembly debates secluded for Tuesday.
