Gaza: The Israeli occupation forces continued the aggression on the Gaza Strip at dawn on Tuesday, targeting civilian homes and shelters for the displaced. This resulted in the killing of 13 citizens, including children and women, and the injury of dozens more in a series of violent airstrikes across the Strip. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Al-Shifa Hospital announced the killing of four citizens, including an infant, due to Israeli aircraft bombing a house near Carrefour Mall in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City. The Baptist Hospital reported the death of two citizens and injuries to others from an attack targeting the home of Khader al-Jamasi near the al-Ibki Mosque in the al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of the city. A health source at Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat camp stated that several citizens were injured when the Abu Helu al-Sharqiya School, housing displaced persons in the Bureij camp, was directly targeted by Israeli airstrikes, causing panic among disp laced families. Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah received a female martyr and several others injured in an airstrike targeting a room on the rooftop of the Abu Amra family home. The deceased was identified as Sharifa Maher Karim. Al-Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis also received two martyrs after being targeted by an Israeli drone near Site 17 on the Khan Yunis-Western Rafah road. They were identified as Ibrahim Imran al-Bayoumi and Antar Amer al-Bayoumi. In another bombing, four members of the same family were killed, and others injured, in a tent for displaced persons in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Yunis. Since October 7, 2023, Israel, the occupying power, has waged a war of genocide in the Gaza Strip, leaving more than 194,000 dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing. Hundreds of thousands have been displaced, and famine has claimed the lives of many, including children.
