Nablus: Four Palestinian young men were injured by Israeli gunfire during a raid on the city of Nablus on Wednesday.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the director of the Palestinian Red Crescent's Emergency and Ambulance Center in Nablus, Amjad Ahmad, confirmed that ambulance crews treated four individuals for gunshot wounds sustained during the raid. The injuries included one youth shot in the chest, another in the knee, with the remaining two suffering shrapnel wounds, one in the head and the other unspecified.
WAFA correspondent reported that several Israeli military patrols entered Nablus, targeting the Aqaba neighborhood in the Old City. Israeli forces were heavily deployed around the Ras al-Ain neighborhood, inside Khan al-Tujjar in the Old City, and around Martyrs' Square and the Fatimiyah School. The raid led to confrontations in the area, with reports of heavy gunfire, tear gas, and stun grenades being used.
