Five Palestinians Injured, Including One Critically, by Israeli Forces’ Gunfire in Jenin

Jenin: Five Palestinian residents were injured on Wednesday night, including one seriously, by Israeli forces' live fire in the city of Jenin.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, a medical source at Al-Razi Hospital in Jenin reported that five live-bullet injuries were admitted to the hospital's emergency department. Among the injured was a young man in critical condition, who sustained a gunshot wound to the back, with the bullet exiting through his chest.

The incident occurred when Israeli forces stormed the area around the main roundabout in central Jenin. This area, which was crowded with residents and shoppers at the time, became the site of live ammunition being fired at residents, leading to the injuries.
