Looking ahead, the extremely hot conditions are projected to continue on Thursday, with a slight drop in temperatures. The wind pattern will maintain a light to moderate northwesterly to westerly flow, occasionally becoming active, while the sea will continue to present light to moderate waves. The heatwave is expected to persist into Friday, with no change in temperatures. Winds will remain light to moderate, predominantly from the northwesterly to westerly directions, becoming active at intervals, and the sea is forecasted to maintain its light to moderate wave conditions. Saturday will see a continuation of the extremely hot weather, with stable temperatures. Winds are predicted to shift slightly to a light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly flow, occasionally becoming active, while the sea will persist with light to moderate waves. The Meteorological Department has issued warnings against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially during peak hours from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additionally, residents are cautioned against lighting fires in areas with abundant dry vegetation to prevent potential hazards.
