Post: EU Condemns Israeli Airstrike on Gaza Hospital as “Completely Unacceptable”

Brussels: The European Union spokesperson has condemned the deadly airstrike by Israel on Gaza's Nasser Hospital, which resulted in the deaths of five journalists, four healthcare workers, and numerous civilians. The tragic event unfolded yesterday, leaving at least 20 people dead, and has been labeled by the EU as "completely unacceptable." According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the EU spokesperson stressed the importance of protecting civilians and journalists under international law. They reiterated the EU's demand for Israel to adhere to international humanitarian standards and called for thorough investigations into the attack. The European Union extended its condolences to the families of the victims, the press community, and all civilians impacted by the ongoing conflict in Gaza. The EU highlighted the heavy toll being paid by the civilian population in the region.
