Jenin: An elderly Palestinian man was shot and injured by Israeli forces at the entrance to the Jenin refugee camp, according to medical sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its medical teams treated the man, who sustained a gunshot wound to the leg near the western entrance to the camp.
The incident is part of an ongoing Israeli military offensive in the Jenin refugee camp, which has lasted for 117 consecutive days. During this period, residents have been denied access to their homes, with Israeli forces employing live ammunition and physical force against those attempting to approach the camp entrances.
