Nablus: Dozens of Palestinians suffocated tonight due to tear gas fired by Israeli forces during a military incursion into the village of Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, located south of Nablus.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli soldiers launched a barrage of tear gas canisters toward residents' homes throughout the village. Several vehicles sustained damage after being directly targeted with sound grenades and tear gas canisters as they traversed the village.
The Israeli soldiers also restricted movement by blocking entry to and exit from the village for over three hours, establishing two checkpoints at its eastern and northern entrances, while firing flares over the area.
