Doha: Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Hussein al-Sheikh, met on Sunday with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, in Doha.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, The meeting discussed developments in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including escalation of aggression, forced displacement and colonial expansion plans.

The Qatari Prime Minister said the Israeli occupation must halt its aggression on Gaza and that humanitarian aid must flow without impediment.

He reiterated Qatar's support for a two-state solution and for the establishment of a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
