The Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Fund launched the disbursement of the second batch of educational aid "transportation allowance" in the amount of 76 million and 595 thousand riyals, for 502 male and female students with disabilities for the academic year 2023-2024 AD. The Executive Director of the Fund, Dr. Ali Mughli, explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the aid includes students with disabilities at various educational levels from various governorates of the Republic through the mail and its branches.
