Death Toll in Gaza Rises to 71,667 Since Start of Israeli Aggression

Gaza: The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,667, with 171,434 people injured since the aggression began in October 2023.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources reported on Sunday that during the past 24 hours, five citizens were killed and six others injured due to Israeli fire and shelling. A number of victims remain trapped under rubble and on roads, as ambulance and rescue crews are still unable to reach them.

The same sources added that the total number of fatalities since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11 last year has reached 492, with 1,356 injuries recorded. Additionally, 715 bodies have been recovered.
