Danish FM: Israel Undermining Two-State Solution Through Actions in Gaza

Copenhagen: Danish Foreign Minister Lars L¸kke Rasmussen said that Israel is currently undermining the two-state solution through its actions in Gaza. Speaking to reporters following a meeting of EU foreign ministers, Rasmussen emphasized Denmark's intention to take a firm stance in response to the situation.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Rasmussen stated that Denmark is advocating for the suspension of the trade chapter of the EU-Israel Association Agreement. He explained that this measure is part of a broader strategy to address the current developments in Gaza.

Rasmussen also highlighted Denmark's support for imposing sanctions on Israeli government ministers. He suggested additional measures such as introducing customs duties, banning exports from Israeli colonies, and exploring other innovative methods to respond to the actions taking place in Gaza.
