Colonists Uproot 60 Olive Trees in Masafer Yatta, South of Hebron

Hebron: Israeli colonists on Tuesday evening uprooted 60 olive trees in the village of Susya, located in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local activist Osama Makhamreh reported that a group of colonists uprooted and broke 60 olive trees belonging to two local brothers. The colonists also destroyed a fence surrounding the land and filled in a water well that was under construction.

They further released their cattle and sheep into vineyards and orchards in the Khallet al-Hummus area, southeast of the town of Yatta, nearby.
