Burqa: Israeli colonists on Sunday night set fire to a vehicle and attempted to burn a mosque in the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah. WAFA correspondent reported that a group of colonists attacked the village and set fire to a vehicle parked near Al-Nour Mosque, causing material damage.
According to Palestine news and Information Agency, the head of the Burqa Village Council stated that the colonists broke down the mosque's doors and set fire to its entrance in an attempt to burn it. However, residents managed to extinguish the fire before it spread inside the mosque, while the colonists fled the area.
The attack came shortly after another incident in the town of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah, where colonists set two vehicles on fire and damaged two others. These incidents are part of a series of escalating attacks targeting Palestinian residents and their property in the area.
