Bethlehem: Colonists today stormed Palestinian agricultural lands in the Khalayil al-Lawz area south of Bethlehem and grazed their livestock near residents' homes, according to security sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, sources reported that dozens of colonists from a nearby illegal outpost sneaked onto Palestinian lands in the Khalayil al-Lawz area. They allowed their livestock to graze on almond and olive orchards, resulting in damage to the crops.
The Khalayil al-Lawz area has been repeatedly subjected to attacks by colonists. These attacks include incursions into agricultural lands, the cutting down of trees, and the prevention of farmers from accessing their fields. Such actions are part of an ongoing attempt to seize the area and expand illegal colonial settlements south of Bethlehem.
