Sebastia: A group of colonists raided on Friday evening the town of Sebastia northwest of Nablus, according to local sources. Sources said that the colonists, riding motorcycles, broke into the western part of the town, where they carried out disruptive acts near residential areas before retreating.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Sebastia has long been subjected to frequent attacks by colonists, along with incursions by Israeli occupation forces. The region has seen a rise in violence, which has intensified following the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023.
The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned. Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.
