Colonists Open Fire on Homes in Qusra, South of Nablus

Nablus: Israeli colonists opened fire on the homes of local Palestinian citizens in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, on Tuesday, according to local sources. The sources reported that the assailants came from a newly established colonial outpost in the Ras Al-Ein area, which is built on land claimed by Palestinians. Despite the gunfire, no injuries were reported during the incident.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Israeli occupation forces arrived at the scene following the initial attack, leading to confrontations in the area. The violence highlights the increasing tensions between Israeli colonists and Palestinian residents in the West Bank.

In recent years, attacks by Israeli colonists have become more frequent, with incidents reportedly targeting Palestinian homes, agricultural lands, and shepherds throughout the region. These actions often involve shooting, stone-throwing, arson, and physical assaults. It is noted that such assaults are frequently conducted under the watch or presence of Israeli forces.
