Jericho: Israeli colonists on Saturday damaged water pipes supplying Palestinian families in the Al-Auja waterfall area, located north of Jericho in the occupied West Bank, according to a local rights organization.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Hassan Mleihat, General Supervisor of the Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, stated that the colonists deliberately disrupted the water supply in a systematic effort to pressure residents into leaving their land.
Communities in the Jordan Valley continue to face repeated disruptions to access to water, electricity, and other basic needs, severely impacting their ability to maintain daily life.
