Colonists Bulldoze Agricultural Land, Destroy Water Wells South of Bethlehem

Al-Khader: Colonists today began bulldozing agricultural land and destroying several water wells by filling them with debris in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, according to a local official.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Mahmoud Abdullah, a member of the Agricultural Cooperative Society in Al-Khader, stated that the colonists started leveling agricultural land southwest of the town. The targeted land is cultivated with grapevines and almond trees.

Several water wells belonging to members of the Salah family were also filled with debris, in what appears to be an effort to expand the boundaries of the illegal settlement of Daniel.

The area has previously been subjected to repeated attacks by Israeli forces and colonists, including the bulldozing of land, demolition of homes and agricultural structures, and the prevention of landowners from accessing their property.
