Colonists Attack and Injure Palestinian Citizen and Foreign Activist South of Hebron

Hebron: A Palestinian citizen and a foreign activist sustained bruises on Wednesday evening after armed colonists attacked Palestinian residents' homes south of Hebron, according to a local activist.

According to Palestine news and Information Agency, activist Osama Makhamreh reported that a group of armed colonists hurled stones at the home of citizen Mohammad al-Jabarin in the eastern area of Shaab al-Butm in Masafer Yatta. The assailants physically assaulted al-Jabarin's son, Fadi, and a foreign activist, resulting in bruises and damage to the property.

In a related development, Israeli occupation forces stormed the southern area of Hebron city, deploying across streets and in the vicinity of residents' homes. Several residents were briefly detained and assaulted before being released.
