Jericho: Colonists assaulted a number of peace activists at dawn on Monday in the village of Shalal al-Auja, north of Jericho. Hassan Malihat, General Supervisor of the Al-Baydar Human Rights Organization, stated that the assailants targeted both residents and peace activists.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the attack resulted in injuries to several peace activists. Malihat emphasized that these incidents are intended to undermine the resolve of the Palestinian people and are part of a broader strategy to displace them for colonial expansion purposes.
