Winds are predicted to be northwesterly to westerly, with brisk speeds and occasional strong gusts, causing sea waves to rise high. The PMD forecasts Thursday to maintain partly cloudy and cold to very cold conditions, especially in the mountainous regions, with a slight rise in temperatures. Early morning hours may still see a slight chance of scattered light rain in northern areas. Winds will be northwesterly, ranging from light to moderate, occasionally becoming brisk, and the sea is predicted to be calm to moderate. On Friday, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy and relatively cold, particularly in mountainous areas, with another slight increase in temperatures. Winds will be light to moderate, shifting from southwesterly to northwesterly, while the sea remains calm. Saturday will see a return to partly cloudy and cold to very cold conditions, especially in mountainous regions, with a drop in temperatures. Winds are expected to be light to moderate, occasionally becoming brisk, coming from westerly to northwesterly directions, and the sea will range from slight to moderate. The PMD has issued a warning regarding the risk of reduced horizontal visibility due to fog formation, advising residents to exercise caution during these weather conditions.
