Gaza city: Several civilians were injured on Sunday evening in Israeli shelling of a residential tower in Gaza City.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the strike targeted Al-Jundi al-Majhoul Tower in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of the city. The attack resulted in multiple injuries, extensive destruction, and a large fire at the site.
In a related attack, Israeli forces also bombed a building in the northwestern part of Gaza City. Additionally, artillery shelling targeted the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in the eastern part of the city.
The Israeli military continues its intense bombardment of the northern Gaza Strip, with a particular focus on Gaza City. The bombardment includes blowing up homes and residential towers in an attempt to force civilians into mass displacement toward the center and south of the Strip.
