Bethlehem: Christian churches in Bethlehem that follow the Western calendar celebrated Easter on Sunday. A special Easter mass was conducted at St. Catherine's Church of the Latins, which is adjacent to the Church of the Nativity. The mass was led by Father Rafael Tayem along with a group of priests.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, masses were also held in several Catholic churches across Bethlehem, Beit Sahour, and Beit Jala. These services were led by parish priests and saw participation from local congregations.
