Gaza city: A Palestinian child was injured today after being targeted by Israeli occupation forces in the Shujaiyya neighborhood of Gaza City, according to local sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, witnesses reported that the child was struck by a projectile dropped from an Israeli military drone on al-Sikka Street, east of Shujaiyya.

The child was transferred to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital for treatment. No further details were immediately available on his condition.
