Post: Child Injured by Israeli Drone Fire in Central Gaza

Gaza strip: A child was injured on Monday evening after an Israeli drone opened fire on civilians southeast of Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli drone fire targeted civilians in the area southeast of the camp, injuring a child.

According to Palestine news and Information Agency, Israeli naval vessels fired several shells toward the Gaza City shoreline. Fortunately, no injuries were reported from this naval assault. However, the situation in the region remains tense as Israeli occupation forces also blew up several structures in the northeastern areas of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, amid the continued military escalation across the Strip.

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip have relayed grim statistics, stating that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,941, with 172,967 others injured. This ongoing conflict has resulted in significant casualties and widespread destruction.
