At Least 70 Civilians Killed in Israeli Strikes on Gaza

Gaza: Since dawn Sunday, at least 70 civilians were killed, including 37 aid seekers, and dozens were injured in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the war-torn Gaza Strip. Medical sources and eyewitnesses reported that occupation forces targeted groups of civilians while waiting to receive food aid, resulting in the killing of 37 people in various areas, including at least seven in a southern area near Khan Yunis city, where live fire was opened near the Israeli-controlled Morag corridor.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the casualty toll is expected to rise due to critical injuries amid the near-collapse of the health system and the ongoing siege preventing the entry of medical supplies. The death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 60,839, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. At least 149,588 others have also been injured.

This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews.
