Americans Protest Israel’s Renewed Actions in Gaza

Indianapolis: Demonstrations in the United States continue to denounce the renewed Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has left hundreds of civilians dead and wounded, and to protest statements by the far-right Israeli leadership that they will continue the war until the population is displaced from their cities.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, marches were held in Indianapolis, Indiana; Rochester, New York; Denver, Colorado; Ventura, California; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Tampa, Florida, against the renewed Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and the escalating situation against the people there.

The demonstrators demanded the release of Palestinian student and activist at Columbia University, Mahmoud Khalil, who is being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as part of the current US administration's policy of arresting activists who defend the Palestinian cause.
