Jenin: Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by colonists, stormed the village of Bir al-Basha, south of Jenin, on Monday evening. Local sources reported the incursion, highlighting the tense atmosphere in the area.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation forces entered the village with a large number of colonists who reached the perimeter of the village school and positioned themselves in the area. The presence of the colonists raised concerns among the local inhabitants about potential confrontations and disruptions.
The sources further indicated that the colonists also stormed the Araba roundabout area, south of Jenin, and the Jenin-Nablus road, under the protection of occupation soldiers. This action is part of ongoing tensions in the region, where such incidents have been recurrent, impacting the daily lives of residents and contributing to the volatility in the area.
